Pay Rates
Respite Calls
- £12.60 – £13.20/hour
Homecare Calls
- £14.25/hour (Mon–Fri, 7am–6pm)
- £14.75/hour (Mon–Fri, 6pm–10pm)
- £15.25/hour (Weekends)
- £16.25/hour (Bank Holidays)
What the Role Involves
- Support adults (18+) with disabilities, long-term conditions, or mental health needs
- Build long-term relationships with regular clients
- Minimum 30-minute visits—no rushed care

- A full driving licence and access to a car
