The Role

Matchday Collective is looking for a creative, ambitious, and proactive Graphic Designer Intern to help bring Matchday Collective’s visual identity to life across all platforms and materials.

You’ll get hands-on experience designing digital and print assets, collaborating on campaigns, and working with the marketing team to ensure the brand stands out online and offline.

While the internship is voluntary, it is a unique opportunity to build your portfolio, learn from a growing brand, and be part of shaping the future of matchday fashion.

What You’ll Do

  • Design Assets: Create visually striking graphics for social media, website, email campaigns, and print materials.

  • Brand Consistency: Help maintain a cohesive visual identity across all platforms and campaigns.

  • Campaign Support: Collaborate with the marketing team on creative-led campaigns, product drops, and activations.

  • Trend Research: Stay up to date with design, fashion, and cultural trends to keep the brand fresh.

  • Content Collaboration: Work with photographers, videographers, and other creatives to produce polished assets.

  • Brainstorming & Strategy: Contribute fresh ideas for visuals, campaigns, and brand activations.

What Matchday Collective Is Looking For

  • Passionate about design, visual storytelling, and football/fashion culture.

  • Strong communication skills, confident presenting ideas and collaborating with a team.

  • Proactive and self-motivated, with an eye for detail.

  • Experience with design software (Adobe Creative Suite and Canva).

  • Bonus: familiarity with motion graphics or video editing.
