Job Overview
Epiphany Care Services is seeking reliable, experienced carers—preferably drivers (or able to obtain a licence within 3 months)—to provide high-quality care to clients across N11, N13, N14, N22 & E4.
This role requires excellent communication skills, a friendly and outgoing personality, and a commitment to delivering professional, person-centred care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and support with daily living activities
- Administer medication as required
- Facilitate clients’ activities and encourage independence
- Build positive relationships with clients and families
- Follow care plans and maintain client dignity at all times
- Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and a willingness to go the extra mile
The Role
As an Epiphany Holistic Care Facilitator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting clients to achieve the best possible quality of life. Staff must be compassionate, good listeners, and able to communicate effectively.
Qualifications & Training
- NVQ Level 2 or full training provided to achieve qualification
- Enhanced DBS check required
- Experience in the care sector or a clinical background is desirable but not essential
- Full training available, including Care Certificate and First Aid
