Role Overview
True Care 247 is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to provide essential support to individuals in a home care setting. The role focuses on ensuring comfort, dignity, safety, and well-being while promoting independence.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and meal preparation
- Support clients in maintaining independence while ensuring safety and comfort
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals regarding care plans and changes in condition
- Accompany or drive clients to appointments or social activities, ensuring safe and timely travel
- Maintain accurate care records and report concerns or changes in health
- Participate in training and development, including IT systems for care documentation
Experience & Skills
- Previous home care experience is desirable but not essential
- Strong spoken and written English skills
- Valid driving licence preferred
- Experience in care planning is advantageous
- Basic IT skills for record-keeping and care documentation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
- Driving licence (required)
- English proficiency (required)
- Experience in care planning or home care services is advantageous
