Job Overview
Trustmark Care is seeking Care Assistants / Support Workers to make a real difference in the lives of vulnerable adults in Gosport & Fareham and surrounding areas including Havant, Waterlooville, and Portsmouth.
The role involves providing person-centred support, promoting independence, wellbeing, and empowerment through daily activities.
Experience in care is not required, as full training will be provided.
Benefits
Training bonus: £180.00*
Competitive pay: £12.60 – £18.90 per hour
Flexible hours: full-time or part-time available (alternate weekends required)

Requirements
Passionate about providing home care to vulnerable adults
Willingness to develop skills further
DBS check required
Driving licence and access to a reliable car required

Important Information
This role is a home-to-home care service, with travel between clients (not a care home setting)
Candidates must reside in the UK. Trustmark Care is currently unable to provide visa sponsorship, except for certain CoS-eligible candidates meeting UKVI criteria
The role covers Portsmouth and surrounding areas
