Job Summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Integrated Early Help Service as a Business Support Manager.
East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking an experienced user of Systmone, who can demonstrate effective leadership skills and who has experience of service improvement and successful project management.
This is a newly developed role, which will support the senior management team to lead the Health Visiting service; through acting as the Systmone lead, and managing the administrative strand of the service.
Main Duties of the Job
As Business Support Manager you will:
Work with the Health Visiting management team, to assure the clinical safety, quality, effectiveness, and governance of use of SystmOne within the Health Visiting service
Lead SystmOne user group meetings for the service and act as the representative of the service at department and Trust wide meetings
Provide operational management and leadership for the administrative function of the Health Visiting service
Develop relevant processes and working practices that may require updating, organising and delivering training/support as required
Work with the senior management team to successfully deliver against the organisational and departmental objectives. This will involve the targeting of resources and delivery of plans by providing high quality information and analysis, supporting the management team in a PA/Business Manager function.
